Terms & Conditions

IntoTrade is a trading style of QTDN Limited, a Limited company in the United Kingdom under registration number 05424673.  We are a wholesaler and drop shipper, and offer products for resale at trade prices to full-time business customers. We do not sell to private individuals or direct to consumers. Please read the following information carefully. If you use the website and purchase products, you hereby undertake and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Purchasing from IntoTrade To purchase from us you must be over the age of 18. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms stated (E & OE) and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying goods, including passing your details onto nominated carriers and other third party subcontractors. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order request and payment has been received in full, or a pre-approved credit account facility is in place. The contract to supply your goods is made at the time that you receive our automated email confirming that the goods have been despatched. If you have a credit account, title of goods does not pass to you until payment has been received in full. You must ensure that the order form is correct before submission, including email address, full postcode and payment details.

Prices All products are priced and displayed exclusive of VAT at the current UK rate, and all transactions are processed in pound sterling (GBP).  All prices and offers are subject to change and availability without notice. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days, we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.  All products are available whilst stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. For EU shipments, a valid VAT number and copy of this certificate are required for our records. If you are unable to supply this, UK VAT will be applied as directed by law. Please note we do not offer 'Sale or Return' under any circumstances.

Export Shipments (Outside of the United Kingdom). The purchaser is liable for any local country taxes/ duties should these arise. Import Duty varies from country to country, if you are unsure; please contact your local Government Importation Office.

Shipping and Handling Charges United Kingdom The website calculates a shipping cost based upon the weight of your order and shipping destination. This is advised to you prior to submitting your order. By submitting your order you are accepting the shipping and handling costs.

Export Orders (Outside of United Kingdom) IntoTrade will ship goods to any location within the EU (European union) or worldwide. Carriage charges are based upon weight, number of boxes and location. For all delivery charges quoted online, QTDN Ltd reserves the right to change delivery charges once all boxes have been packed. QTDN Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise volumetric weight before shipment. If this is the case, the buyer will be notified by email and will require the acceptance of the buyer before the order is confirmed and processed. Please note that courier charges are priced not only on weight of any given item, but also on the size and packaging costs of each consignment.

Payment Methods You can select from one of the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Switch Solo, VISA Delta, Visa Connect, Visa Electron and Paypal. We also offer credit accounts subject to approval. In the event of a part shipment, your card will be charged for the full invoice amount. Any items not in stock at this time will be placed on back order - should you wish to cancel these items - please advise us within 7 working days.

Credit card Security To ensure that ordering on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. We do not store your credit card details on our server, and they are used once to authorise your transaction.

Off Line Payments You may also pay by bank transfer. Goods will only be despatched upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds from our bank. We regret that we are no longer unable to accept payment by cheque.

Credit Terms and Conditions Where IntoTrade have authorised a “Credit Account” the following terms and conditions will apply.  Credit terms of 30 days i.e. 'Full payment of due invoices to be paid within thirty (30) net days of the invoice date.'  Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to the us in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods (service) and/or invoice: whichever is the latter. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed terms. IntoTrade reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities without notice. All goods remain the property of IntoTrade until payment is received in full. All orders must be placed through our web site. We are unable to accept “verbal purchase orders”.

UK Delivery terms IntoTrade will use all reasonable commercial efforts to meet your requested delivery dates, however, we do not guarantee delivery dates. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.  Our standard delivery within the U.K. is via 24-hour courier service from despatch, not receipt, of order. For larger consignments that require pallet shipment, delivery can take 2-4 days depending upon location. Should you require a next day delivery for large consignments, please ensure that this is clearly marked on your order at time of submitting. IntoTrade will then secure “additional premium cost” information from the courier and advise you via email of the cost of the shipment. You must accept this cost in writing prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse. We reserve the right to deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If you have not received your goods within 14 working days of receiving the email advising that your goods have been despatched. please contact IntoTrade, quoting your full order reference. We will then attempt to locate your shipment and advise you of the expected delivery date. If you fail to notify IntoTrade within 14 working days that you have not received your delivery then no claim can be made against IntoTrade or the Couriers for the cost of missing or lost items.  Please note for Royal Mail orders it is 15 working days prior to its claim. IntoTrade cannot be held responsible for courier delays as these are outside our control. For all delivery charges quoted online, QTDN Ltd reserves the right to change delivery charges once all boxes have been packed. QTDN Limited will use best endeavours to minimise volumetric weight before shipment. If this is the case, the buyer will be notified by email and will require the acceptance of the buyer before the order is confirmed and processed.

Export Delivery Terms The Purchaser is the importer to their destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all products ordered on the IntoTrade web site, from the United Kingdom. We may use our judgement in selecting the carrier for and manner of any shipment. In no event shall we be responsible for any incidental or consequential or indirect damages due to any delay in deliveries or customs. Shipments made outside the U.K. will be made per the Purchasers instructions. Consignments purchased by the purchaser for export outside the U.K. shall be Ex Works, our warehouse, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, U.K.  Delivery cost will be notified once picked and packed and you will be notified of the weight and dimensions.

In Transit Damage IntoTrade insure consignments, however we are unable to claim on goods that are shipped when the carrier is the Royal Mail, or on your own shipping account, or when the goods have been damaged and not signed for as damaged. We must receive notification of damaged goods within 2 working days of receipt of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Shipments For items shipped via freight service such as FedEx, Citylink DHL, UPS etc... We are only able to ship to the address specified, not the individual recipient. The recipient must notify the delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and sign for the parcel(s) as damaged. Should you fail to do this, and items are missing or damaged, no claim can be made against IntoTrade or the Couriers for these items. Immediate notification (within 2 days) should be issued via our contact us page advising that delivery has been refused as “goods damaged” or “goods missing” quoting your sales  order number on all correspondence. IntoTrade will replace the item at no additional cost after IntoTrade has verified that the item was in fact damaged or missing during shipment. This process may take time to resolve. IntoTrade will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the buyer fails to follow this procedure.
 
Refused Delivery / Goods Not Collected / Goods Not Called For If you or your customer refuse a delivery, and the goods are returned to us, we will refund the order less any direct costs to us for the return. For UK courier deliveries, there is a £15 surcharge to return a package to us.

Divisibility  Where delivery is to be made by instalments, each delivery shall be deemed for such purpose to be the subject of a separate contract and any failure whatsoever by the seller in respect of any one delivery shall not entitle the buyer to repudiate the contract or any instalments remaining to be delivered thereunder.

Clearance/ End of Line and Overstocked Sales Products sold in our clearance/ sales stock section are sold on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of fitness for any purpose. These products are not covered by our warranty.

Retention of Title 'Title to the invoiced goods will only pass to the buyer/customer when full payment of the invoice is received by IntoTrade.

Our Liability We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances that are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use our website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.  We make no promise that our website and or brochure will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the web site service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Copyright, Trademarks & Data Protection All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose marketing products purchased from us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.  We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All our customers’ transaction details remain confidential (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

General We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

Applicable Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
